We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Finance Control Consultant who will act as a strategic bridge between IT and Finance/Procurement teams.

This role demands deep SAP expertise (FICO & PS), strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, and the ability to evaluate, align, and deliver initiatives that drive measurable business value.

  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance/Procurement stakeholders.
  • Partner with VP Finance and Global Process Owners to intake, prioritize, and deliver finance-related initiatives.
  • Drive alignment with standard SAP processes, challenging non-standard requests when necessary.
  • Provide expertise in SAP FICO and PS modules—covering design, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Support integration of Finance with Procurement and other business functions.
  • Facilitate weekly alignment meetings with Finance leadership for transparency and prioritization.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and audit readiness for finance systems.
  • Oversee IT service management (incidents, requests, changes) for Finance/Procurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting initiatives.

  • Develop and implement financial control strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP financial systems and processes.
  • Analyze and resolve complex financial issues through root cause analysis and process improvements.
  • Promote data-driven decision making by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and IT.
