Project Manager for Salesforce

Leading Salesforce implementation projects in the wealth management domain requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide hands-on configuration of Salesforce features, including flows, reports, dashboards, security, and data model enhancements.
  • Manage system integrations with wealth management platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, sprints, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance efforts.
  • Ensure user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management and Salesforce Platform.
  • Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services, including client onboarding, KYC/AML, financial planning, and portfolio reporting.
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience working with wealth management firms, private banking, or investment advisory organizations.
