Job Title: Process Manager Associate

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Process Manager Associate to join our team. As a Process Manager Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring timely event reporting of breaches and incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely event reporting of breaches and incidents and identification and implementation of preventative measures when issues arise.\
  • Work closely with other relevant operations managers to ensure that process risks are minimised.\
  • Carry out independent quality checks and link findings into training plans and regular feedback.\
  • Operate within strict regulatory timescales, agreed business SLAs and confidentiality standards.\
  • Daily workload management, working with Team Manager to identify solutions if any SLA is under threat.\
  • Evaluate performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.\
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to share best practices across teams.\
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.\
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulations.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and team members.\
  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.\
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.\
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.\
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to business operations and develop contingency plans.\
  • Support and participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards.\
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational procedures and policies.\
  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.\
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and areas for improvement.\
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide solutions to meet those needs.\
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.\
  • Manage and maintain effective communication channels with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.\\
