Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial forecasts and headcount records. This includes coordinating the creation of annual budgets, producing monthly financial reports for department heads, and reviewing month-end accruals and postings.

The ideal candidate will have experience with forecasting and budgeting, as well as strong analytical skills. They will be able to analyze and present financial reports related to cost of technology, and have a strong understanding of concepts such as cash flow, P&L, capitalization, and accruals.

The Business Operations Specialist will also be responsible for reviewing purchase/spend requests, creating project allocation keys, and monitoring hiring pipelines in compliance with headcount targets. Additionally, they will oversee sourcing processes, maintain organizational information, and ensure group compliance with mandatory training and appraisals.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring a high level of autonomy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with team members across geographies and time zones.
