As a seasoned hospitality expert, you will lead the way in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring seamless interactions with guests and team members.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of experience in a front desk or guest service leadership role
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages a plus
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and motivational abilities

Additionally, you will need to work effectively during long periods of standing at the front desk, occasionally lifting heavy items. A working knowledge of hotel property management systems like Opera would be beneficial.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
