Pharmacy Manager Job Overview

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospital pharmacy, ensuring seamless dispensing, billing, and stock management processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising pharmacy teams, maintaining accurate records, and implementing quality control measures.

A key responsibility will be to supervise pharmacists and support staff, provide training and guidance, and schedule duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / Pharm. D
  • Experience: 5–8 years of hospital pharmacy experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Licenses: Registered Pharmacist with State Pharmacy Council.
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and implement quality control measures.
