    • Guest Assistance:
      • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
      • Provide information on hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and dining options.
    • Personalized Experience:
      • Ensure personalized services for VIP guests, repeat customers, or guests with special requests.
      • Maintain guest preferences and ensure they are provided with a customized experience on future visits.
  • Greeting Guests:
    • Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Managing Reservations:
    • Manage reservations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
