Job Summary:

We are seeking an elegant, charismatic, and highly professional Guest Relations Manager to be the face of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, an understanding of luxury hospitality, and the ability to engage with VIP guests, celebrities, and elite clientele while ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. VIP Guest Experience & Relationship Management

  • Personally welcome and interact with HNI guests, ensuring they feel valued and recognized.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with regular patrons, socialites, and celebrities.
  • Ensure personalized service by remembering guest preferences, special occasions, and custom requests.
  • Manage VIP table reservations and special arrangements, ensuring exclusive service.

2. Front-of-House Management

  • Oversee the host team, reception, and seating arrangements, ensuring smooth guest flow.
  • Coordinate with the restaurant and nightclub teams to provide flawless service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.

3. Networking & Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the venue to HNIs, corporate clients, and luxury lifestyle influencers.
  • Attend and host exclusive events, tastings, and private gatherings to strengthen guest engagement.
  • Work closely with PR, marketing, and concierge services to portray a great dining experience to guests.

4. Events & Personalized Experiences

  • Collaborate with the event team to curate private dining experiences, VIP parties, and exclusive events.
  • Assist in the organization of luxury brand collaborations and high-profile social gatherings.

5. Staff Training & Service Excellence

  • Train the team on luxury hospitality, etiquette, and guest engagement.
  • Ensure that every staff member delivers a polished, personalized, and memorable experience.
  • Maintain high standards of ambiance, service, and guest interactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in guest relations or front-of-house management in a luxury restaurant, 5-star hotel, private club, or premium nightlife venue.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Hospitality Management.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and additional languages (preferred) for high-profile client interactions.
  • Exceptional communication, charm, and confidence in dealing with high-profile guests.
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality, fine dining, and VIP guest management.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • A well-groomed, polished, and sophisticated personality that reflects the brand's exclusivity.
