  • Build reusable playbooks and strategies

Responsibilities include:

  • Running onboarding and ongoing success programs for top enterprise accounts
  • Solving problems quickly and proactively
  • Influencing product roadmap through customer insights
  • Tracking health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals
  • Partnering with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays
  • Building CS processes, content, and playbooks from scratch
