We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Strategist to own customer retention and make them true fans of our platform while also listening to customer feedback to form a pipeline of customer insights for our product team.
This role involves owning customer onboarding and giving customers a delightful onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in conversations with people from different backgrounds to learn about their lives and genuinely like helping people and making them successful.
The key responsibilities of this role include owning customer onboarding, tracking product adoption for our customers, ensuring they are getting maximum value leading to upsells and expansion revenue, and becoming a trusted product advisor for our customers, helping them with all the tricks of the trade to get maximum value from our platform.
Requirements:
- You must have a genuine interest in conversations with people from different backgrounds to learn about their lives.
- You should be able to genuinely like helping people and making them successful.
