About Assurance

Our Assurance professionals provide customized solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our processes are robust, transparent, and technology-driven, ensuring globally consistent quality.

We expect our Assurance professionals to have in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, including Ind AS/ IFRS and US GAAP. They should also possess excellent analytical skills and be familiar with financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams and Assurance engagements from start to finish.
  • Handle areas and work allocated, including testing and relevant Assurance procedures.
  • Prepare and review Assurance work papers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison for the team with the client, managing and supervising team members, including article staff.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams, including client personnel, for information and data.
  • Support the team on standardization of processes, documentation, analysis of technical issues, and research solutions.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in meetings with various teams and contribute to areas and responsibilities handled.
  • Understand industry trends and developments.
  • Ensure timely delivery as per defined timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with engagement plans, quality and risk management procedures.
  • Ownership and accountability of delivering all aspects of the Assurance engagement.
  • Responsible for operational matters, including billing, collections, efficiency, and optimal utilization of efforts and resources.
  • Proactively take up full responsibility of engagement deliverables.
  • Support the Engagement Partner in managing communications, preparing and reviewing deliverables, discussions with stakeholders.
  • Coach and manage team members, including facilitating on-the-job training.
  • Participate and undertake trainings and training programs.
  • Contribute to firm and practice-related matters.
  • Participate and contribute towards business development initiatives.
