Lead Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced assurance expert to lead our teams in delivering exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a positive work culture.

  • Apply relevant accounting standards and execute Ind AS engagements independently.
  • Research complex technical accounting issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop strong client relationships through close collaboration with partners.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and assurance committee meetings.
  • Lead senior management meetings and drive various projects forward.
  • Motivate engagement teams and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
  • Identify interesting companies for pitching and preparing pitches for new mandates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
  • CA qualification.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience in an assurance role.
