About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Operations Manager to lead our large-scale blue-collar workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Deployment: Manage and oversee the recruitment, deployment, and exit processes of our workforce.
- Attendance and Absenteeism Management: Handle attendance, attrition, and absenteeism management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Payroll Management: Address payroll-related queries, manage incentive calculations, and ensure timely payouts.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage data, sharing regular reports with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
- Employee Engagement: Lead employee engagement initiatives and promptly address grievances.
- Attrition Control: Implement strategies for attrition control and ensure employee retention.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance HR operations.
- Payroll Accuracy: Oversee payroll management and ensure accurate employee payments and incentives.
