Job Title: Senior Project Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include managing the expediting process, handling inspections, logistical management, and ensuring projects adhere to set deadlines and quality standards.

  • The successful candidate will have experience in the loyalty industry as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager for a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical skills are required including knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Azure DevOps Boards (ADO), Asana, DB-SQL, MS Office Tools like Excel and PowerPoint, Postman, AWS Cloud, WinSCP, Filezilla, Putty, Figma.

The Senior Project Manager will work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee implementation. This will involve collaborating on product roadmapping to align with business objectives and market demands.

A key focus area for this role will be stakeholder communication and risk management. Regular updates will be provided to stakeholders to manage expectations and provide feedback.

Prior experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban would be an asset for this role, as well as experience with user acceptance testing and user testing coordination.

Key Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a project manager for a SaaS company.
  2. Experience in the loyalty industry is a must.
  3. Strong technical skills including knowledge of relevant tools.
