Senior Project Management Professional Job Description

The role of a senior project management professional is to build a strong and sustainable organization across their region, ensuring timely and financially viable project delivery. Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for project financials, margin, and on-time delivery.
  • Project execution: completion within budgeted cost and time.
  • Contract management: zero losses and timely contractual communications.
  • Design review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones.
  • Implement and improve margin through cost optimization measures.
  • Explore opportunities for additional revenue through additional scope, services, or claims.
  • Manage ESG risks and customer satisfaction.
  • Inculcate safety and quality culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Graduation from a recognized university.
  2. A minimum of 15-25 years of experience in project management.
  3. Locations: MP, MH, RJ, GUJ, KA, AP, TN.
