Brand Manager Position Overview

Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing holistic brand strategies to drive growth, awareness, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector with leading brands, as well as 1–2 years of online brand management experience within a consumer-facing, high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities include understanding customer behavior, preferences, and purchase drivers, and leveraging this insight to guide brand positioning and messaging. You will also lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, campaigns, and customer initiatives, and collaborate with digital teams to optimize online presence and customer experience.
