Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to drive cost efficiency and ensure profitability.
">This role will oversee the preparation of product-wise profitability analysis, monthly cost sheets, standard costing, and inventory valuations.
">The ideal candidate will analyze manufacturing costs, compare actual costs with standard costs, collect and analyze historical cost data for budgeting and forecasting.
">They will also manage monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial closing processes, prepare and analyze MIS reports for management decision-making, and ensure accurate reconciliations of accounts, journal entries, and balance sheets.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- CMA / ICWA qualified (or equivalent)">
- 5-10 years of experience in costing, accounting, audit, and financial reporting">
- Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and Cost Audit requirements">
- Proficiency in financial software, SAP/ERP systems, and MS Excel">
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills">
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines">
