Job Overview:

As a seasoned MFA specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the migration project from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator.

This entails working closely with architecture teams to design robust MFA solutions that meet the security needs of the organization while complying with industry regulations.

You will serve as an SME on MFA technologies, providing technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting, particularly with Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.

Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed, providing training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools, and implementing monitoring solutions to track MFA usage and analyze performance metrics.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Identity and Access Management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in this field, focusing on Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
