Identity and Access Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to support and enhance our organizational security posture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our identity management program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage the lifecycle of identities within our organization.
  • Implement and manage processes for provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Integrate new applications into our identity management system using standard protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
  • Monitor and manage workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing identity management systems.
  • Proficiency with standard protocols and technologies such as SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with workflow automation and integration.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
