We are seeking a skilled debt settlement professional to play a pivotal role in our operations. This position involves direct negotiations with creditors and other stakeholders to secure favorable settlements for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. They will work closely with clients to develop effective strategies for resolving outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage negotiations with creditors and collection agencies
  • Analyze financial profiles and debt portfolios to determine optimal settlement strategies
  • Present hardship cases persuasively to creditors, advocating for reduced payoff amounts and favorable terms
  • Track and document all negotiation efforts, settlement offers, and outcomes in our CRM system

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in debt negotiation, collections, or financial services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with creditors while maintaining professionalism
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
