Job Overview

As a Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing airline bookings accurately and efficiently using Global Distribution System (GDS) platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process airline tickets in compliance with airline policies.
  • Handle cancellations and process refunds promptly.
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding flight schedules, fare rules, and travel requirements.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries and resolve ticketing issues professionally.
  • Maintain precise records of all ticketing transactions and related documentation.

You will stay up-to-date on the latest airline fare structures, ticketing procedures, and travel advisories. Additionally, you will assist in handling customer complaints and queries related to air travel and ticketing. Collaboration with the tours and operations team is essential to ensure seamless travel arrangements.


Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have a basic understanding of computer systems and software applications, including GDS platforms.
