Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled technical expert to join our team as a Lead Consultant. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues and will be responsible for resolving problems for various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for Java applications using process specifications following operating procedures.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor jobs, as well as troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Analyze logs to identify the root cause of problems and make necessary code changes.
  • Manage and resolve production incidents, including system outages, job failures, and end-user support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
  • Experience in Core-java, J2EE, and AWS is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Relational database concepts and experience with framework like Spring, Struts, etc.
  • Good knowledge and work experience of Oracle Database, SQL, and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
