Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mines Officer/Sr.Officer to join our team.

  • Prepare quarterly returns as per Vocational Training Rules, 1966 and ensure timely submission.
  • Create candidate lists for initial and refresher training and provide practical guidance.
  • Align training schedules with production plans to achieve 100% training compliance without disrupting operations.
  • Develop training modules as per MVTR-1966 requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training and submit reports to the Chief Inspector of Mines or Regional Inspector of Mines on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and recommendations at all times.
  • Participate in regular safety training sessions, committee meetings, and events.
  • Analyze MIS data and update QCDIP and LCM systems.
  • Familiarize yourself with IMS and other system requirements for effective auditing and assessment.
