Senior Program Manager Job Description

We are looking for a senior-level professional to oversee the end-to-end post-purchase journey on our online marketplace. This involves driving both seller dispatch readiness and 3PL performance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of seller-side dispatches, ensuring timely packing, order readiness, and minimal post-order out-of-stock situations.
  • Management of 3PL relationships, holding them accountable for pickup/delivery service level agreements, cost, and quality.
  • Optimization of allocation, reduction of transit exceptions, damages, and returns.
  • Partnership with operations and customer success teams to lower contact rates, resolve issues without information, and ensure timely ticket closure.
  • Tracking of penalty recovery, claims realization, and highlighting of leakage (lane delays, packer/station misses, weight mismatches).

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, 3PL operations, or supply chain management.
  • A strong understanding of seller dispatch operations, 3PL contracts, on-time delivery, return to origin, and cost levers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel/Sheets; SQL/BI skills are a plus.
  • A bias for action, strong vendor management, and structured problem-solving.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex problems, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive business results.

As a senior program manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, build relationships with 3PL partners, and develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
