Compliance and Quality Assurance Executive

Our organization is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to assume the role of Compliance and Quality Assurance Executive. This individual will be responsible for ensuring our facilities and services meet legal standards, collaborating with local authorities, and conducting quality checks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain utility certificates in a timely manner, including renewals and payments.
  • Review and suggest improvements to certificates.
  • Communicate effectively with staff using various tools to ensure seamless operations.
  • Verify that audit reports conform to UK standards (OFSTED and SCCIF) and provide feedback to managers.
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly audits across all locations.
  • Assume responsibility for team members during absences to prevent disruptions.
