Senior Compliance Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance professional to drive transformation initiatives across sanctions, AML, financial crime risk, third-party risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building compliance frameworks, leading digital transformation, and managing global stakeholder expectations. They will be responsible for enhancing global compliance training programs, providing expert guidance on sanctions regulations, drafting policies and SOPs, and driving process re-engineering and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 14–15 years of progressive experience in legal compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory.
  • Background in consulting firms, multinational corporates, or regulatory advisory roles.
  • Experience in policy development, compliance training, and sanctions/AML advisory.
  • Strong leadership experience with proven ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
