Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Expert to lead our homologation process for retrofit emission control devices and automotive related products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving all homologation-related activities, leading the homologation team, and ensuring successful completion of type-approval and CoP projects that meet regulatory compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in homologation, certification, or regulatory compliance, with at least 3 years' experience in a leadership role. They should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing powerful homologation strategies and roadmaps for retrofit emission control devices and automotive related products
  • Establishing and managing relationships with test agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the homologation team, ensuring effective execution of homologation strategies and meeting timelines
  • Monitoring and reporting on the homologation process, including risks and issues, to senior management
  • Fostering a culture of process-driven ideas across the engineering team, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and open communication
  • Managing external homologation partners and providing guidance on homologation requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with advanced degree preferred. They should also have a strong understanding of regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and homologation partners.
