Job Title: Senior E-Commerce Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage quality assurance and automation teams for large-scale e-commerce projects.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for both web and mobile applications.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations.
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack.
  • Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
  • Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira or similar tools.
  • Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration (CI).
  • Mentor and train QA team members on tools, processes, and automation frameworks.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and automation scripts.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of professional quality assurance and automation experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong expertise in Magento or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable quality assurance results in automation and performance testing.
  • Hands-on expertise with: Automation Selenium, Performance Testing JMeter, Cross-Browser Testing BrowserStack or similar, API Testing Postman, Test Management Jira, Mobile/WMS Testing iOS & Android.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with NetSuite-related testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
