Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the Defined Benefit system implementation and maintenance activities meet established standards of quality, reliability, usability, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business and functional/system requirements, and be able to examine these requirements to ensure that the system solution reflects clients' benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Technical/Functional issues
  • Mentor and coach team members on technical aspects
  • Lead training efforts for the team and engage in ongoing development of team/unit/cross-tower members
  • Work independently on tasks assigned
  • Demonstrate module-level ownership and manage internal stakeholder communication
  • Assist and manage offshore/onshore interaction and stakeholder communication, including technical/functional escalations
  • Update all documentation with task details and provide regular updates to the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Technology
  • Knowledge of Defined Benefit is an asset
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and project/test management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
