Program Manager Role

The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps. This role involves managing multiple key initiatives around cost transformations, AI and automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and other finance-related programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project plans with clear action items and milestones.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees as requested.
  • Align project portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide oversight of critical transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate potential optimizations and strategic initiatives for impact, capacity, and priority.
  • Support the development of business cases and programs as part of our finance strategy.
  • Design and execute transformation initiatives for finance using Digital, Lean & Six Sigma methods covering themes of standardization, consolidation, re-engineering, and automation.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and ability to develop and maintain comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder engagement and communications.
  • Able to create and monitor program budgets and resource allocation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and remove obstacles for implementation of projects to ensure timely execution.
