Senior Software Development Lead

This challenging role involves driving the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex software solutions.

  • A key aspect of this role is collaboration. You will work with various stakeholders, including business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop complex software applications using OpenText Exstream software.
  • Tech Leadership: Provide technical leadership to junior developers and contribute to code reviews and architecture decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and debug issues, handle error resolution, and ensure high-quality deliverables in production environments.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience with OpenText Exstream software development.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience in designing and developing complex Exstream applications, including data-driven templates, formula variables, functions, and multi-pass processing.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Utilizing Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Scrum/Kanban for project management and delivery.
