Ruby on Rails Developer Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Ruby on Rails expert to lead our software engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in software development and a strong understanding of front-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize application performance.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid experience with web services and RESTful architecture.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB, Postgresql, and MySQL databases.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with strong problem-solving skills.
