Business Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, analyzing the impact of changes on operations, and supporting implementation processes by mapping business needs to system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and document business requirements in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analyze the impact of changes on business operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation process by understanding business needs and mapping them to system functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in techno-functional business analysis.
  • Strong data analysis skills with expertise in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases.
  • Experience in banking or wealth management domain.
  • Able to work in a matrix organization with stakeholders spread across geographies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to working with data warehouses and regulatory reporting frameworks.
  • Experience in anti-financial crime (AFC) and transaction monitoring.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or finance-related courses.
  • ACAMS or similar industrial accreditation.
