Job Title: Finance Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations with precision and accuracy. This includes handling creator/educator payouts, invoicing, and vendor payments in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements to avoid any legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions and records with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and compliances (GST, TDS, ROC) to ensure smooth operation.
  • Proficiency in using accounting tools such as Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, as well as Excel/Sheets to analyze financial data and create reports.
  • A detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
