Our organization seeks an accomplished Senior Content Strategist & Solutions Content Lead to join our leadership team. This role demands a strategic thinker and high-caliber content professional capable of delivering impactful, research-driven content that aligns with our philosophy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating high-performance B2B/B2C content within technology, consulting, and vertical-specific domains including retail, manufacturing, engineering, pharma, BFSI, and education. They will be instrumental in developing content strategies showcasing solutions, demonstrating thought leadership, and supporting clients' growth objectives.

This is a client-facing, fast-paced role requiring technical expertise, creative storytelling, and operational excellence. The individual will work closely with our marketing consulting team to produce content integrating the latest tech tools and human insights, ensuring rapid delivery of high-quality assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Content Planning: Develop comprehensive content strategies supporting clients' offerings, automation solutions, and marketing objectives.
• Content Development & Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize high-impact content for digital platforms, including web pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, infographics, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
• Thought Leadership & Executive Ghostwriting: Produce authoritative thought leadership pieces, ghostwritten articles for CXOs, and executive content positioning the customer as industry pioneers.
• Multiformat Content Creation: Conceptualize and storyboard content for long-form articles, podcasts, corporate videos, webinars, and multimedia assets aligned with our automation focus.
• Marketing & Sales Collateral: Develop compelling marketing assets such as campaign landing pages, service portfolios, solution kits, brochures, and info-graphics supporting lead generation and sales efforts.
• Research & Industry Analysis: Leverage industry data, market research, and emerging tech trends to produce credible, relevant, and future-ready content.
• Leverage Tech & Automation: Integrate marketing automation tools, AI-driven content platforms, and analytics to produce high-quality content swiftly and efficiently.
• Performance Monitoring: Use SEO and analytics tools to track content engagement, optimize for discoverability, and measure impact.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Organize and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content formats, and technological advancements to continually enhance content effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in strategic content development within tech, consulting, or marketing automation domains.
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-impact content across formats and industries.
• Proficiency with content management systems, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Work Environment:

Based at Tiruppur office, with limited WFH flexibility if required.

Immediate on boarding preferred.
