Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and engineering process plants, with a strong understanding of global codes, standards, and best engineering practices.

The Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Designing and engineering process plants to meet project requirements;
  • Preparing and reviewing simulation models, process equipment, and instrument data sheets;
  • Carrying out vendor technical bid evaluations and other process engineering activities;
  • Participating in PHA, HAZOP, and design studies;
  • Establishing work processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements;
  • Reviewing work plans to meet progress targets and schedule requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience working with software such as Aspen Plus, Hysys, Unisim, KORF, HTRI, FlareNet, AFT Fathom/Arrow/Impulse, and PipeNet.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering with 3-8 years of experience in chemical, hydrocarbon, petro-chemical, refinery, or O&G sectors.
