Job Summary

The Contingent Workforce Coordinator plays a vital role in the program management team at Workspend Inc., supporting the day-to-day operations of the Managed Services Program.

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring customers' expectations are met through timely and effective support.

A key member of the program management team, the Contingent Workforce Coordinator will work closely with Hiring Managers, Program Specialists, and suppliers to ensure seamless contract labor acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Hiring Managers, Program Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of contract labor acquisition, including interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
  • Operational and backend transactional items such as updates to Hiring Managers, suppliers, running reports, scheduling interviews, and system changes within the Vendor Management System.
  • Maintain the VMS with strong attention to detail regarding contingent workforce staffing, hiring, and onboarding processes, including rate changes, contract extensions, releases/terminations, and updating other data as necessary.
  • Ensure timely responses to email requests from Hiring Managers and suppliers.
  • Provide program status reports as required.
  • Closure of work orders in the system with accurate finish reasons when notified of an end of assignment and notification of appropriate departments (e.g., security).
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 1-2 or more years of experience in staffing or MSP.
  • Experience working with Vendor Management Systems.
  • Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
  • Strong time management and self-motivation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in high-volume coordination activities (interviewing, onboarding, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and PC skills.
