Job Title: Junior NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Junior NOC Engineer to join our team in a remote full-time role. The successful candidate will monitor and maintain network operations, manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure network security, and provide technical support to clients.

This is a critical role that requires excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to work flexible hours, good written and verbal communication skills, advanced project management skills, and ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain network operations, ensuring the stability and security of the network infrastructure
  • Manage and troubleshoot technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and impact on clients
  • Provide 24/7 technical support to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Participate in proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with experience in working at a leading A2P operator, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
