Quality Assurance Specialist

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the restaurant and retail technology space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications by identifying and reporting defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure that testing is aligned with project goals.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all aspects of the application.
- Develop and execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure that they are properly documented.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- 3+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Agile development frameworks.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
