Job Summary:
The Business Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day back-office operations, including data management, record keeping, and documentation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills to prepare business intelligence reports and maintain databases.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve operational efficiency.
- Manage correspondence and maintain confidentiality in handling company information.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain databases to support business decision-making.
- Support management in operational tasks and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual with 1–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, or data management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Graduate degree in Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
