  • Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events & experiential industry.
  • Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales and ensure repeat business.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
  • A strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for live events, culture, and experiences.
