About the Role

The Communication Strategist will be responsible for managing the public image of the organization and ensuring effective communication with the media and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners, healthcare professionals, and corporate clients.
  2. Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and execute PR-related events, meetings, and appointments with government officials.
  3. Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including social media posts, press releases, and other communications materials.
  4. Initiative Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze PR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  6. VIP Patient Support: Provide exceptional support to VIP patients and their families, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  7. Project Management: Oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in crisis management and media training.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis.
