- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred
- Background in healthcare is beneficial
Responsibilities include answering queries, providing product and service information, troubleshooting problems, maintaining records, and escalating complex cases to relevant departments.
Key Requirements:• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. You should be able to clearly articulate ideas, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. This includes active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability: You should be able to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, phone systems, and other technical tools is desirable. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
