Product Management Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that align with business objectives.

This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fast-paced, growth-driven environments and excellent collaboration skills to work with various teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into product technical requirements
  • Integrate customer feedback into product planning and development
  • Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Align cross-functional teams around the product vision and execution plan
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven experience in managing multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in market research and trend analysis to shape product vision and strategy
