**Job Description:**

At the forefront of pricing strategy development lies a crucial role that requires the perfect blend of data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning expertise. This position is pivotal in creating descriptive and predictive analytics models that provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess 6-12 years of experience in advanced quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Math is also required. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in common analytics and data science software such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS, and have experience working with enterprise-level databases like Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, or DB2.

A strong understanding of statistical concepts including regression, sampling techniques, hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series analysis, multivariate statistical analysis, and predictive modeling is essential. Experience in cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS is also necessary. Furthermore, the ability to apply machine learning results to business use cases and educate teams on interpreting these outcomes is crucial.

This role involves leading analytics projects to ensure they meet business objectives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and develop innovative solutions. The successful candidate will also explore and implement new analytical techniques, tools, and industry best practices to drive future-proof practices and holistic solutions.

Key responsibilities include translating pricing strategy into analytics requirements, developing processes for collecting and enhancing large datasets, conducting data validation, detecting outliers, and performing root cause analysis. Researching, designing, and implementing statistical and machine learning models while ensuring model accuracy and trustworthiness are also key aspects of this role.

Ultimately, the goal is to leverage data-driven insights to inform business decisions, drive growth, and enhance customer experiences through data-centric strategies.
