The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory, managing existing relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Job:

  • Achieve overall sales objectives by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-9 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
