Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Strassenburg Pharmaceuticals in the Greater Kolkata Area. The sales manager role is that of a 3rd line manager in Strassenburg. The position requires experience in Kolkata, Rest of West Bengal, and the Northeastern states of India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will also collaborate with the marketing team to drive product awareness and achieve revenue goals.


Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
