Job Title: Senior System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of Supply Chain systems.

  • Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use Supply Chain systems, handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions in ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain solutions is strongly preferred.

Platform Administration:

  • Proficiency with HighJump Warehouse Management System, Oracle, SQL, Service Now, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, and Logility is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly explanations.
  • Self-motivated and thorough, capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively.
