Associate – Insurance Operations

Our organization is seeking a professional to join as an Associate – Insurance Operations. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the way we work, collaborate, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality administrative services and maintain accurate records.
  2. Perform loss run pulling activities with precision and consistency to support a smooth month-end close process.
  3. Maintain policy data integrity, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  4. Process daily transactions efficiently, adhering to targets set by the process.
  5. Effectively manage and accommodate change within the team and demonstrate proactive ownership.
  6. Follow established policies and procedures outlined by the organization.
  7. Participate in divisional and organizational activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  8. Ensure accurate and timely reporting, meeting weekly and monthly deadlines.
  9. Liaise with other departments as necessary to achieve collective goals.
  10. Engage in process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings, staying informed about industry updates.
Required Skills:
  • Ownership and Collaboration: Take full ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Effective Communication: Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Proactive Workflow Management: Proactively manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Previous work experience in the insurance industry (not mandatory).
  • Excellent computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical skills, decision-making, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts.
