
Life Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a driven individual to join our organization as an Insurance Sales Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting customer meetings, and recommending suitable life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and drive business growth
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines to remain competitive
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in life insurance or similar sectors (minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduation is mandatory)
- IRDAI certification preferred (can be obtained post-joining if not available)
